GFCA Land Use and Zoning Committee Meeting

The October regular meeting of the Land Use and Zoning Committee will include a presentation by Fairfax County staff regarding the recently adopted Site-Specific Plan Amendment Process.  Additionally we will review a Special Permit application for a fence height increase and pool location and their possible impact on the Historic Georgetown Pike.
