The Land Use and Zoning Committee will hold a Q& A session with Sarah Kirk and Fairfax County Staff regarding the Special Exception application for a public benefit use.  Sarah's foundation became Resident Curator of the Turner Farmhouse in 2018.  She has proposed converting the rear building behind the Turner Farmhouse (located at 10609 Georgetown Pike on the property of the Park Authority) into a retreat center.  The center will be limited to 10 overnight guests(weekends).

The proposed development conditions for the center limit the use to bereavement and grief support.  Other conditions have been added to the application.

Registration is required.  Space is limited.  Please indicate if you would like to ask a question or provide a comment.  If you are unable to attend, please email your questions to zoning@gfca.org and add jennifer.falcone@gfca.org to your address book.
