Camylyn Lewis, an environmental engineer with the county who helped evaluate the IntegraCare application, and Bruce McGranahan, the county's author of its stormwater regulations, will discuss (i) stormwater considerations in the IntegraCare application, and (ii) how the county evaluates storm water facility needs, especially in light of the high levels of rainfall in recent years.

The committee is also expected to discuss efforts to curb the use of excessive lawn fertilizers which contribute to the pollution of the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay.
