Agenda: Marmota Farm Property

The property located at 9800 Georgetown Pike, Great Falls (locally known as Marmota Farm, Parcel #13-1((1))37, Map #0131 01 0037) is currently for sale. The 22.78 acre parcel, presently zoned R-E (Residential Estate), could be sub-divided and developed by a potential purchaser by right.
 
Several area stakeholders have raised concerns to the Great Falls Citizen’s Association about the fate of this property and what may become of it post-sale.
 
In an effort to raise awareness, and generate input from interested individuals and groups, the Great Falls Citizen’s Association Land Use and Zoning Committee (LUZ) will be hosting a Town Hall meeting.
 
Please be advised that the Great Falls Citizen’s Association has no decision-making authority on this matter but is serving in the role of objective facilitator of information, facts and dialogue. There will be an opportunity for select stakeholder groups to address the audience as well as a Q&A period for individuals at the end of the session.
